■Corporate History

March 16, 1988	Tom Yoda founded Thomas Yoda Limited (Current T. Y. Limited, Inc.), a consulting firm which mainly specialized in overseas business.
August 1988	Yoda became Advisor to Avex D.D. Inc. (Current Avex Group Holdings), which was founded in April 1988. He initially involved in Avex’s CD import business, but his coverage was expanded to overall business management. Yoda became Board of Director in February 1990, and has been the largest shareholder and Chairman & CEO of Avex until August 2004.
April 2001	Renamed to “T. Y. Limited, Inc”
January 2005	Head office relocated to the current address
